Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Pharmacist to join our team at a community hospital in Lewiston, ID. This 13-week assignment offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to patient care in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify medication orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and manage daily pharmacy operations
- Consult with physicians and other healthcare professionals on medication therapy
- Perform pharmacokinetic monitoring and adjust dosages as needed
- Provide expert advice on medication management and therapeutic interventions
Requirements:
- Holds a valid Idaho (ID) pharmacist license
