Job Summary:

As an Unarmed Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing security services to commercial businesses and assets, as well as performing emergency response work. You will be part of a dynamic team that is helping to keep people and property safe and secure in the wake of the hurricane.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide security services to commercial businesses and assets
  • Perform emergency response work, including storm response security services
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Meet physical and mental requirements of the job
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Florida Unarmed Security Guard License (Class D)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret written information under various circumstances
  • Ability to drive a motor vehicle, if required
  • Ability to detect and identify sounds relevant to fires, floods, alarm signals, and persons in distress
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. waist high, if required
