Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the office services team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Assist the Site Manager in the supervision of activities at the site location, resolving conflicts and issues as they arise.
  • Train new employees on job duties and cross-train current staff to ensure that all team members have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Complete required logs, reports, and other paperwork, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Perform quality checks on all work, ensuring that it meets the required standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred.
  • At least 1 year supervisory experience in a reprographic or mail setting, preferably.
  • Excellent customer service, professional attitude, and appearance are essential.
  • Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
