At Elim Wellspring, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team. As a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.



**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Administer medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitor for effectiveness/response.
  • Manage medications, supplies, and equipment, including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
  • Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and take follow-up action as necessary.



**Requirements:**

  • Current MN Nursing License required.
  • CPR certified preferred or willing to get.
  • Experience in Long Term Care preferred.
  • Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
