Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer Team Lead

Raytheon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer Team Lead to support our Emerging Programs product area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the development and design of complex electronic warfare systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that the systems engineering processes are in place and followed, and will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary program team to develop and design complex electronic warfare systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers in the development and design of complex electronic warfare systems
  • Ensure that the systems engineering processes are in place and followed
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary program team to develop and design complex electronic warfare systems
  • Develop technical performance metrics for system architectures that support engagement of emerging complex threats
  • Execute in-house and off-site system demonstration activities for demonstrations and/or subsystem sell-off

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred)
  • Minimum of 12 years' experience in engineering and manufacturing environments
  • Experience providing technical briefs to subcontractors, senior level executives, and/or customers
  • Experience throughout the full lifecycle (from development to production and sustainment) of Electronic Warfare, RADAR, or RF products/systems
  • Active DoD Top Secret clearance with investigation within five years
