Job Title: Bilingual Clinical Therapist

Job Purpose:

As a Clinical Therapist with us, you'll deliver critical diagnostic assessments and tailored treatments to those facing mental and emotional challenges. Your role will be integral in counseling individuals and groups, focusing on prevention and addressing a wide array of mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with patients and their natural supports to develop and implement effective service plans.
  • Provide clinically appropriate psychotherapy services in accordance with applicable ethical codes, rules, and regulations.
  • Serve as the point of contact for coordination and communication with other systems where clinical knowledge of the case is crucial.
  • Assist in screening and coordinating integrated services for patients.
  • Provide clinical oversight to ensure the provision of all covered services identified on the service plan.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment through ongoing assessments of the patient and their natural supports.
  • Participate in individual and group supervision that meets standards set by the AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
  • Maintain client records.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work.
  • Current or pending Arizona license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LAMFT, LMFT) with a commitment to ethical practice.
  • Exceptional teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in mental health diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation.
  • CPR/First Aid certification and a valid Arizona fingerprint clearance.
  • A forward-thinking approach, welcoming the advantages of telehealth.
  • Work within an EMR system, Advance MD preferred.
