Transform Lives as a Bilingual Behavior Technician at Soar Autism Center

At Soar Autism Center, we're passionate about empowering children on the autism spectrum to reach their full potential. As a Bilingual Behavior Technician, you'll play a vital role in our mission-driven care model, delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children, adhering to our high standards of care.
  • Deliver therapy in both English and Spanish to support our diverse client base.
  • Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs, ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy principles.
  • Provide bilingual support during family meetings, communicating in both English and Spanish.
  • Foster relationships with families, keeping them informed about their child's progress within the ABA framework.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development, staying updated with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish (Proficiency Test required for additional pay increase).
  • Strong preference for either enrollment in or completion of a degree program.
  • Bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification (Soar will provide paid training).
