Job Title: Solution Developer I

At Inland Empire Health Plan, we are seeking a highly skilled Solution Developer I to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing innovative solutions to drive business efficiency and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop automated processes to solve complex business problems, leveraging AI, ML, and RPA technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain accurate, detailed process documentation, including technical requirements and error handling procedures.
  • Work with the team to create and define automated processes relative to resolving business automation use cases.
  • Submit code to Git/DevOps repository for version control and as a source of reusable information for other RPA/Automation developers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or relevant technical field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of two years of information systems experience at a developer level, with a successful track record in RPA/AI/ML development.
  • Effective communication skills, including oral, written, listening, and concept delivery.
  • Proficiency in data analytics/automation tools, such as Alteryx, Microsoft Power Query, and Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Exposure to big data approaches, including PySpark, Apache Spark, and Azure Databricks.
  • Comfortable working in a cloud-based tech environment and with SQL and frameworks.
