At HDR, we are seeking a highly skilled On-Site Engineer/Representative to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between the owner, design team, and general contractor regarding construction issues.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the single point of contact for construction-related queries and issues.
- Ensure that design documents are accurately represented and implemented on-site.
- Collaborate with the design team to resolve any discrepancies or conflicts in construction documents.
- Provide expert advice on construction schedules, codes, and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the owner, contractor, and project team.
- Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with the design plans and specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
