Job Title: Civil Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex civil engineering projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and other support staff.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and other project team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and quality to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in civil engineering project management, including at least 3 years of assistant project management experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex civil engineering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, AES, CIVILD, WSPGW, PCSWMM, StormCAD, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
