Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager: Provide support to the General Manager in coordinating all board-related functions and operational projects.
  • Resort Operations: Supervise and coordinate all operations of the resort's departments, including Front Office, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and others.
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints, and ensure their needs are met.
  • Administrative Tasks: Requisition supplies and equipment, maintain inventory, and process payables.
  • Training and Development: Assist in training new team members and ensure they are equipped to perform their duties.
  • Accounting and Finance: Research and resolve accounting-related questions and discrepancies, and process information promptly.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage vendor agreements as directed by the General Manager.
  • Policies and Procedures: Assist in implementing and enforcing policies and procedures for staff.
  • Owner Rental Program: Document, verify, and process money due to owners through the owner rental program.
  • Multi-Purpose Tasking: Perform various tasks as assigned by Capital Vacations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all Capital Vacations policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate's degree in Hospitality Management or Bachelor's degree preferred, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of five (5) years in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office, multitasking, organization, and ability to set priorities.
