Key Responsibilities:
- Examine products or materials for any damages, defects, shortages, movement, and expiration using computerized systems.
- Verify inventory records to assess the availability of requested items.
- Assemble and review incoming and outgoing kits to ensure compliance with specifications and intended use.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to comply with safety standards.
- Collaborate with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to facilitate or trace deliveries.
- Address customer complaints and monitor service levels to resolve any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal resources for alternative product sourcing (e.g., loaner bank, other warehouses, consignments).
- Organize, retrieve, or store goods received from various sources.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience is required; experience in Warehouse/Inventory Control in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

- A valid Driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs is essential.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed to meet business demands, including potential weekend and evening calls.

Compensation:
$26.25 per hour, plus eligibility for bonuses and benefits.

Travel Percentage: 10%
