At Soar Autism Center, we're dedicated to revolutionizing the lives of children on the autism spectrum. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission-driven care model, empowering these young minds to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the highest standards of the profession
  • Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs, ensuring seamless alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy principles
  • Foster strong relationships with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework
  • Engage in ongoing training and development, staying abreast of advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification

Qualifications:

  • Strong preference for enrollment in or completion of a degree program, with a bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
  • Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification, with Soar providing paid training
  • Previous experience working with children and a genuine enjoyment of working with children
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

  • A competitive hourly rate of $20.50-$26.00, with regular bonus and promotion opportunities, and all staff members considered for a raise or promotion every 3 months
