Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop your leadership skills and knowledge of operations management
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our centers, including financial, marketing, administrative, regulatory, quality, people, and facilities management
  • Travel to various BioLife locations across the country to learn from experienced team members and build your network
  • Support the creation of life-changing medicines by maintaining exceptional quality and service standards
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of individuals to foster an inclusive and supportive work environment
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent amount of leadership experience (approximately 3 years)
  • Experience with supervising team members, including skills in coaching, developing, and holding performance management conversations
  • Ability to travel extensively, with requirements varying by program path
  • Valid driver's license for the entire duration of the program
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
