Salary and Benefits

Job Description

This Medical Information Specialist II role is a unique opportunity to join our Inizio Engage team and represent a leading biotechnology company. As a frontline specialist, you'll deliver virtual or telephonic support to identified clients, engaging customers, patients, and/or healthcare professionals in robust clinical dialogues.

  • You'll provide accurate and comprehensive product information, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any queries or concerns.
  • With excellent verbal and written communication skills, you'll facilitate empathy-driven conversations, breaking down complex medical terminology to empower callers.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A current US healthcare professional license: RN
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • The ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • A deep understanding of HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and data protection at all times.
