  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and move to a store within a 50-mile radius.

Compensation:

The Uncle Tetsu Operations Manager/General Manager will be compensated with a competitive hourly wage, plus potential bonuses. The actual earnings may vary based on total hours worked, hourly wage rate, overtime pay, bonuses, and benefits.

Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a hot kitchen environment. The noise level is usually high, and storage space is limited.
