Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance and support the well-being of residents while ensuring a safe and healthy living environment.
  • Adhere to all support plans to guarantee that care is individualized, assisting individuals in achieving their goals and managing behavioral challenges.
  • Support levels may encompass verbal guidance, partial or full physical assistance, and personal care tasks as required, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the residence and assist with meal preparation.
  • Handle and de-escalate challenging behaviors from individuals, including verbal and/or physical aggression.
  • Provide transportation and assist individuals in community activities such as appointments, shopping, and personal outings.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Preferred: One year of experience in caregiving.
