- Adhere to all support plans to guarantee that care is individualized, assisting individuals in achieving their goals and managing behavioral challenges.
- Support levels may encompass verbal guidance, partial or full physical assistance, and personal care tasks as required, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
- Maintain cleanliness of the residence and assist with meal preparation.
- Handle and de-escalate challenging behaviors from individuals, including verbal and/or physical aggression.
- Provide transportation and assist individuals in community activities such as appointments, shopping, and personal outings.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Preferred: One year of experience in caregiving.
