- Perform nightly evaluations of commercial sites to detect any signage and lighting failures, ensuring accurate documentation within our ERP system, Mothernode.
- Identify potential service opportunities based on observed outages and compile comprehensive reports for the Service Manager.
- Collaborate closely with the Service Manager to focus on high-value accounts, utilizing established relationships to boost service engagement.
- Keep a well-organized record of all findings and leads generated, ensuring precise data for subsequent actions.
- Communicate observations and work alongside the Service team to guarantee prompt service execution.
- Represent and uphold the Indigo Signworks brand in all client interactions and community engagements.
- Maintain a clean driving record and operate all vehicles safely, reporting any incidents or violations immediately.
- Travel primarily occurs within local areas during nighttime hours, with occasional out-of-town travel as necessary.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
