Lighting Outage Spotter

Indigo Signworks, Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Lighting Outage Night Spotter to join our Services team. The primary role for this position is focused on servicing signs and lights in the Twin Cities area.

• Conduct nightly inspections of commercial properties to identify signage and lighting outages, documenting findings accurately in the ERP system, Mothernode.
• Generate leads for service opportunities based on identified outages and provide detailed reports to the Service Manager.
• Work closely with the Service Manager to target high-potential accounts, leveraging existing relationships to increase service volume.
• Maintain an organized log of all observations and leads generated, ensuring accurate data for follow-up actions.
• Report findings and collaborate with the Service team to ensure timely service delivery.
• Uphold and represent the Indigo Signworks, Inc brand in all interactions with clients and within the community.
• Present and maintain a good driving record. Safely operate all vehicles and promptly report any incidents/infractions.
• Travel is primarily localized during the nighttime, although out-of-town travel may be expected.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
