Woodworking Specialist

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Woodworker to join our team in Chaska, Minnesota. As a Woodworker, you will be responsible for assisting in all roles of the wood shop, from joinery and assembly to cutting and machine operation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of woodworking theory and be able to teach others. You will use hand tools, power tools, and glue to assemble and adjust fixtures, and select correct parts based on written directions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in all roles of the wood shop, including joinery, assembly, cutting, and machine operation
• Use hand tools, power tools, and glue to assemble and adjust fixtures
• Select correct parts based on written directions
• Perform visual inspections of parts as they are assembled

Requirements:

• Woodworking experience
• Joinery skills
• Ability to teach others
• Strong knowledge of woodworking theory
