Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Medical/Surgical Unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions, including orthopedic, pediatric, bariatric, and urology cases. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to patients
  • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure patient goals are met and coordinated
  • Provide excellent customer service while supporting patients' physical and emotional health
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Registered Nurse Program
  • Current PA RN license, Healthcare Provider CPR, Act 33/73 Clearances, and PEARS required within one year of hire/transfer
  • Clinical rotation through educational program or clinical experience evident within the past 3 years or completion of refresher course within the last year
Physical Requirements

  • Occasional: (0-1/3 of day, hrs/day, 1 - 4 reps/hr)
  • Frequent: (1/3 -2/3 of day, hrs/day, 5 -24 reps/hr)
  • Constant: (> 2/3rd of day, > 5.5 hrs/day, > 24 reps/hr)
