Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Excela Health. As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized care to patients with complex medical and surgical needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Current PA RN license
- Healthcare Provider CPR certification
- ACLS certification within one year of hire/transfer
- Act 33/73 clearances
- Graduate of a Registered Nurse Program
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing, CCRN preferred
This is a non-exempt position that requires frequent standing, walking, and bending. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with constant interruptions and exposure to noise, electrical energy, and temperature changes.
Physical DemandsThis position requires the ability to lift up to 20 pounds, push and pull up to 20 pounds, and carry objects up to 10 feet. The successful candidate will also be able to work in cramped quarters and be exposed to radiant energy from computer terminals.
