Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute stewardship programs to engage and retain season ticket members
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to season ticket members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the ticket operations team to ensure seamless execution of ticket sales and distribution
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer service, with a strong focus on retention and growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with season ticket members and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
