Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Newtown, PA. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities- Cross-train and provide assistance to all areas of the company and to customers.
- Respond to customer needs in a quick and effective manner.
- Coordinate activities with Customer Service Reps and provide direction and guidance.
- Provide support to Sr. Management on various work initiatives.
- Handle and resolve escalated calls.
- High School Diploma
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the defense electronics industry.
- Strong computer skills, including MS-Office; SAP experience is a plus.
- Experience in order management, including entering and providing status of customer purchase orders.
- Detail-oriented, highly motivated, ability to coordinate tasks across multiple groups.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Superior communication, decision-making, and teaming skills, and willing to do whatever is needed to provide the best possible experience for both internal and external customers.
- Be adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
