Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to patients with a range of cardiology conditions, including myocardial infarction, arrhythmias, and heart failure.
- Collaborate with specialty teams to optimize patient outcomes and develop effective treatment plans.
- Conduct routine physical examinations and formulate medical, educational, and psychosocial plans to treat patients.
- Develop plans for further evaluation of health needs, including referrals to other health team members or specialists.
- Provide appropriate treatment for problems within the scope of the provider's practice, as designated by protocols, and identify problems outside of their scope of practice and refer appropriately to physician.
- Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
- Certified or board-eligible Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- New grads welcome to apply
- 1+ years' experience in a cardiology setting
