Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team of master educators. As a Lead Teacher, you will work in an integrated classroom setting, team teaching with a general education teacher to support the needs of all students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead instructional blocks and provide co-teaching support to students with a range of learning and behavioral needs
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of students
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of lead teaching experience in Kindergarten through 4th Grade
  • Deeply aligned to TEP's mission of providing a world-class education to historically under-resourced student communities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
