As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment, ensuring the efficient operation of our dish machine and pot sink, and providing exceptional support to our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sanitation and Cleaning: Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen, pot room, dish machine, mop room, and storage areas. Sweep and mop floors regularly to prevent slipping accidents.
  • Dish Machine and Pot Sink Maintenance: Empty and refill the dish machine and pot sink every two hours or as needed, ensuring proper sanitation standards are met.
  • Trash and Recycling Management: Ensure trashcans are emptied regularly, and cardboard boxes are broken down and disposed of in the recycling dumpster.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Wash all soiled kitchen equipment, pots, pans, and small wares according to proper sanitation standards.
  • Supply Management: Distribute and store clean pots, dishes, and utensils, and record the concentration of sanitizing solutions in both the dish machine and 3-compartment sink.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform daily and weekly cleaning schedules, break down boxes, and take out trash as needed.
Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and surrounding areas.
  • Time Management: Meet service timelines and deadlines for cleaning and sanitation tasks.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
Work Schedule

Thursday: 2pm-10pm
Friday: 12:30pm-8:30pm
Saturday: 11am-7pm
Sunday: 12:30pm-8:30pm
