Job Summary:
First Children Services is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing behavioral therapy and support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with instructional treatment teams to develop and implement individualized behavioral programs
- Provide consultation and training to school personnel on behavioral strategies and techniques
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct training and supervision to clinical support staff
- Manage client data and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Master's degree in psychology, special education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
- 2+ years of experience working with children with ASD
- Ability to conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Experience with ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, and AFLS assessments
- Strong leadership and communication skills
