Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Summary:

First Children Services is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing behavioral therapy and support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with instructional treatment teams to develop and implement individualized behavioral programs
  • Provide consultation and training to school personnel on behavioral strategies and techniques
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct training and supervision to clinical support staff
  • Manage client data and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in psychology, special education, or related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
  • 2+ years of experience working with children with ASD
  • Ability to conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Experience with ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, and AFLS assessments
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
