About the Role

We are seeking a Guest Service Team Member to join our team at Big Al's. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our promotions.

Responsibilities

Provide a first-class experience to our guests through exceptional interpersonal and sales skills.Educate guests on promotions and develop positive relationships in all standard forms of communication.Promote and sell Big Al's promotions to all guests and participate in up-selling the guest experience.Properly handle cash and other financial transactions.Support guests in multiple areas of the entertainment center, including hosting and directing guests, running food to tables, and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.Assist with opening and closing the center and follow all safety procedures and practices.Participate in cleaning duties, including sweeping, wiping down equipment, and replenishing sanitary items.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a high comfort level with in-person interactions, intermediate skills in MS Office programs, and a first-class level of guest service skills. Additionally, you should be able to lift up to 25lbs frequently and stand/walk constantly. A Food Handlers Certification is also required.

Salary and Benefits
