The Clinical Partner is a vital member of the nursing team at Baptist Health South Florida, working in close collaboration with registered nurses to provide safe and quality patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Provides basic technical nursing skills and delegated tasks under the direction and/or supervision of the registered nurse.
- Works in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act, Florida Statutes, and Baptist Health South Florida policy.
- Assists with wound care, discontinuing saline locks, and Foley catheters.
- CNA or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification required.
- Basic Life Support certification required.
- 2 years of experience preferred, with previous experience as a CNA or LPN in an acute care facility in the state of Florida.
