Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Government Contracting Manager to join our team in Knoxville, TN. This is an onsite position, located at our Corporate office in West Knoxville.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage existing and new Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (ex: GSA Schedules), agency / client contracts (including blanket agreements and task orders), contract product offerings, and partner (vendor and subcontractor) contracts in accordance with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Manage the daily administration of various contracts, including prime contracts, subcontracts, 1099s, and GSA schedules, as well as collaborate with various departments to support contract needs.
  • Develop and maintain an efficient contract administration system that supports the negotiation of contracts terms and conditions.
  • Ensure the contract execution process adheres to company policies.
  • Monitor authorizations and correspondence related to contracts, keeping detailed, accurate and organized contract files.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance or other related field.
  • 5 years' contract management experience, Federal CovCon contracting required.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) certification preferred.
  • Certified Government Contractor (CGC) certification preferred.
  • Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM) certification preferred.
