Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Salary: $5,000 - $8,000 per month

About Us: We are a family-operated automotive group with several facilities in Arizona, committed to delivering outstanding service to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, confirm, and prepare for client appointments to guarantee a seamless service experience
  • Assess vehicle requirements through customer input, inspection, and mileage evaluation
  • Generate repair orders for clients, including cost and time estimates, ensuring full transparency
  • Maintain ongoing communication with technicians and parts personnel to ensure prompt completion of tasks
  • Follow up with clients regarding their vehicle's status and their satisfaction with the service provided

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as an automotive service advisor or writer
  • Familiarity with CDK is advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proven history of meeting sales objectives
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening
