- Participate in departmental and university service activities
- D.O./M.D. degree and Board Certification
- Able to be licensed in Tennessee within the first-year of hire date
- Unrestricted Tennessee license and approved medical professional liability insurance
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical/academic medicine teaching and leadership
- Academic rank commensurate with training and experience
