Position Overview:
HealthRIGHT 360 operates an Adult Residential Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program situated on the Be Well Orange County campus. This initiative integrates mental health services by uniting public, private, academic, and faith-based organizations to foster communication, bridge gaps, and eliminate barriers to care.

This 24/7 residential treatment program offers various ASAM levels of care for both males and females, including withdrawal management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct supervision, training, and guidance to assigned direct service staff.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and performance expectations.
  • Conduct formal performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses of direct reports and facilitate their professional development.
  • Arrange necessary training and resources for staff to fulfill their roles effectively.
  • Support the management team in recruitment, selection, and termination processes.
  • Maintain open communication regarding employee matters and seek consultation when necessary.
  • Schedule and lead team meetings to enhance client care and staff development.

Treatment Oversight:

  • Oversee clinical and administrative aspects of treatment services provided by direct reports.
  • Ensure delivery of strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally competent services.
  • Review clinical documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Identify and communicate treatment oversight needs to management.
  • Facilitate client case conferences and ensure collaboration among the behavioral health team.

Program Management:

  • Ensure execution of treatment service plans aligns with the organization's mission and values.
  • Maintain team productivity and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with management to develop relationships with contractors and stakeholders.
  • Monitor team performance regarding productivity and service quality.

Direct Service:

  • Provide direct services as needed, including crisis intervention and treatment planning.
  • Take ownership of crisis situations and ensure resolution.

Qualifications:

  • LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD with appropriate licensure or eligibility.
  • Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in similar settings.
  • Experience managing clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Background Clearance Requirements:

  • Live scan fingerprint clearance.
  • Must not be on parole or probation for at least two years.
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination required, including booster shots.
  • First Aid and CPR certification required within 30 days of employment.
  • Must pass TB test upon hire and annually.
