Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Integer Holdings Corporation. As a key leader and representative of the Operations Team, you will be responsible for delivering results and driving manufacturing excellence across our sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead production activities and accept accountability for delivering Key Performance Goals/Targets
  • Represent the Operations Team to the Site Leadership Team and contribute to the development of annual goals and objectives
  • Manage direct reports, including Production Supervisors and individual performers
  • Ensure compliance with Integer's Values, company policies, and work instructions
  • Develop and execute sustained Continuous Improvement processes
  • Define goals and objectives for direct reports with supporting Key Performance Indicators
  • Promote talent development and organizational succession planning
  • Model an open and inclusive communication style and engage with Associates at all levels
  • Interact with customers, internal and external, and support customer business reviews and site visits
  • Partner with peers on the Operations Team to achieve Operations objectives
  • Embed Quality within the Operations team and champion Manufacturing Excellence
Requirements
  • Accomplished track record in production environments with at least 3 years of leadership experience
  • First-hand experience implementing and/or sustaining Manufacturing Excellence and Lean practices
  • Demonstrated experience with strategic and direct management of people in complex manufacturing environments
  • Mastery of problem-solving skills and critical thinking
  • Financial acumen and ability to navigate a Profit and Loss Statement
  • Leadership skills, including Emotional Intelligence and people development
  • Calm demeanor and ability to navigate high-energy production environments
