Salary: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Description:
We require a reliable, team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. You will work hands-on in a fast-paced environment to troubleshoot and repair devices, providing customers with exceptional service. Key responsibilities include:
  • Diagnosing and repairing cell phones and other consumer electronic devices
  • Identifying and troubleshooting device issues to find effective solutions
  • Collaborating within a team environment to meet service goals
  • Providing outstanding customer service and maintaining clear communication on repair status
  • Maintaining clean and organized workstations for efficient workflow

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
  • Prior experience in wireless or electronics repair is an advantage
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced work setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
