Elevator Maintenance and Inspection Specialist Wanted
We are seeking an experienced Elevator Maintenance and Inspection Specialist to join our team at GD Resources LLC. As an Elevator Maintenance and Inspection Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of elevators and dumbwaiters throughout our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures.
- Identify and report any potential issues or defects in elevator systems.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in elevator maintenance and inspection.
- Certification or training in elevator safety and maintenance, such as ASME A17.1 and A17.2 standards.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems related to elevators.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, including ANSI/NFPA 70 National Electrical Code.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.
