Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Director to lead our Cardiovascular Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing all aspects of Cardiovascular operations, including managing and mentoring staff, developing and enforcing policies and procedures, and preparing and maintaining accreditation and accountability for the program's budget and productivity.
Responsibilities:- Direct and manage all aspects of Cardiovascular operations, including staff management, policy development, and accreditation.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve program productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain the program's budget and ensure accountability for financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to staff to ensure high-quality patient care and service.
- Seven years of healthcare experience, with at least three years in a leadership role.
- Experience working in a for-profit hospital is strongly preferred.
- Previous leadership, program development, budget and productivity, and clinical experience required.
- Strong human relations and interpersonal skills.
- Current NM RN license by date of hire.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- MSN, Healthcare Administration, and MBA strongly preferred.
