Customer Compliance IT Project Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Compliance IT Project Consultant to join our SAP Security Compliance and Trust Office team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the managers in the initial planning stages of project plans and risk assessments related to the Customer Awareness and Audit / Strategic Compliance and Trust Office functions
- Coordinate, review, and manage customer-facing communication and publication processes
- Support with mission-critical enablement and messaging to customers that may be scheduled or ad hoc
- Perform gap analysis and find opportunities for optimization and managing security risks
- Contribute to creating product security documentation and guidelines
Requirements
- Passionate about the mission of the team and Security Cloud Compliance Culture at SAP
- Proven experience as a project manager, with specific examples
- Ability to manage workload, meet deadlines, and achieve results in a collaborative team environment through effective project management
- Highly self-motivated and demonstrated self-initiative
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
- Stakeholder Management, ability to work with multiple teams across levels and departments in highly matrixed environments
- Detail Oriented
- Creative and strong problem-solving skills
- Goal-directed, persistent, and driven to achieve positive results and outcomes
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Compensation Range Transparency
SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 105900 - 180100(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
