Job Description:

The HVAC Smart Building Sales Executive at Johnson Controls is responsible for promoting building efficiency offerings to mechanical contractors, designers, and consulting engineers.

About the Role:
  • Sell building efficiency solutions to construction industry professionals.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and partnerships to drive sales growth.
  • Provide technical solutions that meet client needs and promote Johnson Controls' value proposition.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts.
  • Promote Johnson Controls' building efficiency solutions to the construction community.
  • Influencing key accounts and utilizing sales tools to maximize business opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline required.
  • Minimum eight years of successful field sales experience.
  • At least four years of experience selling HVAC or building automation systems.
  • Demonstrated commitment to integrity and quality in business.
What We Offer:

Johnson Controls offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
