HVAC Smart Building Sales Executive

The HVAC Smart Building Sales Executive at Johnson Controls is responsible for promoting building efficiency offerings to mechanical contractors, designers, and consulting engineers.
About the Role:- Sell building efficiency solutions to construction industry professionals.
- Build long-term customer relationships and partnerships to drive sales growth.
- Provide technical solutions that meet client needs and promote Johnson Controls' value proposition.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts.
- Promote Johnson Controls' building efficiency solutions to the construction community.
- Influencing key accounts and utilizing sales tools to maximize business opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline required.
- Minimum eight years of successful field sales experience.
- At least four years of experience selling HVAC or building automation systems.
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity and quality in business.
Johnson Controls offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
