Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee advocacy efforts, crisis intervention, and support services, ensuring alignment with funding sources.
  • Supervise the delivery of high-quality services to program participants, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Manage the recruitment, training, and scheduling of staff, volunteers, and interns, typically overseeing up to three direct reports.
  • Conduct outreach initiatives in collaboration with the team and manage all aspects of case management.
  • Act as a knowledgeable liaison to community organizations, promoting awareness of our resources and services.
  • Engage regularly with team members, program participants, and community stakeholders to foster collaboration and support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of one year of direct, full-time case management experience, demonstrating proficiency in applying best practices.
  • Proven ability to meet program compliance and administrative requirements.
  • Experience leading teams of human service professionals.
  • Valid Colorado driver's license and state-required automobile insurance.
  • Access to a personal vehicle for work-related travel (mileage reimbursement available).
  • Completion of agency and program credentialing within 12 weeks of hire, with ongoing maintenance of standards.

Employment Type

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
