Computed Tomography Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at All Med Search. The ideal candidate will have recent acute care experience in the specialty and be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R)(CT).
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in hospital or departmental performance improvement activities.
- Prepare patients for exams and process images in accordance with industry standards and techniques.
- Administer CT procedures/exams, adjusting equipment and selecting proper scanning parameters.
- Observe patients and machines during procedures and report unusual occurrences.
- Ensure patient safety and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform Point of Care Testing for Urine HCG and Creatinine and calculate GFR.
- Follow proper infection control procedures.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the AVP/Director and or Imaging Manager/Supervisor/Lead Tech.
Requirements:
- Current license American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R)(CT).
- Recent acute care experience in the specialty.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) Certification.
- Graduate of an Accredited Radiologic Technology Program or equivalent with appropriate state licensure and National Registry(s).
Compensation:
$28/hour - $42/hour depending on experience. Shifts available include nights, mixed, and days.
