Job Title: Contracts Manager

At Cumming Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project and cost management consultancy, you will work on exciting projects in a dynamic environment where your success is measured by the impact you make.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full lifecycle contracts, including negotiation, review, and administration, ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
  • Act as a mentor and subject matter expert for contract administration and management, assisting in the onboarding and training of contract specialists and administrators.
  • Manage task orders, SOWs, change orders, and amendments to projects, maintaining contractual records and documentation.
  • Assist in company acquisitions and special projects, including document control, review, and auditing of data rooms.
  • Perform client creation and registration, vendor portal registrations, and management for all new and existing projects and clients.
  • Evaluate and support the client bidding process and RFQ proposals from a contractual, compliance, business, and financial perspective.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients on contractual matters and act as an intermediary between team members and customers.
Requirements:
  • Highly motivated, organized, customer-focused individual with the ability to handle a fluctuating workload and manage multiple changing priorities.
  • Working knowledge in accounting, business finance, law, and contracts.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to analyze information and concisely summarize, report, and discuss issues with senior management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Vantage Point enterprise resource planning software.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Smartsheets, and Teams.
  • Proficiency with online platforms, including vendor/client portals.
Work Environment:

This position will be based in the Cumming Group office, with occasional travel to client offices and project sites.

Physical Demands:

This role requires prolonged periods of sitting while using a computer and/or phone, as well as constant use of sight while reviewing documents.
