About the Role:

As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at University of Washington Medicine's Harborview Medical Center, you will have the opportunity to work in a team-care model with world-class physicians, CRNAs, residents, and fellows. You will provide full-service anesthesia care for all levels of acuity and patients, working under the administrative supervision of the Chief of Anesthesia and the clinical supervision of the Chief of Anesthesiology and Pain Management.

The Anesthesia Department at Harborview Medical Center is committed to providing exceptional patient care and promoting educational opportunities for our staff. Our CRNAs are part of an academic medical center, Magnet-designated, level 1 Trauma Center, regional burn center, and county hospital. We offer a collaborative and supportive work environment that prioritizes teamwork and mutual respect.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

This position requires a Washington state Registered Nurse (RN) license and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) license to practice, as well as prescriptive authority. You must also hold BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification and completion of an accredited CRNA educational program and national certification. You will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and participating in departmental activities and meetings.
