Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Rep

Steve Mason - State Farm Agency, located in Aiken, SC has an immediate opening for a full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative. Must be fluent in both English and Spanish and willing to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative and office support activities, including fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
  • Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities, and strong communication skills are required.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • File paperwork
  • Appointment Scheduling
  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls to customers and potential clients
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Mail billings
  • Dispense brochures
  • Update policyholder's contact information such as phone number and email address
  • Print and fax proof of insurance or send proof of insurance to the customer
  • Provides excellent customer service

Requirements:
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
  • Must be dependable and have a track record of providing excellent customer service to clients
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Must have a dependable vehicle to and from work
  • Must have a clean criminal background/Background check will be performed
