Clinical Supervisor

Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our Crisis Services team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for the clinical supervision of Lifeline Counselors on the 988 Wisconsin Lifeline team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical supervision to Lifeline Counselors, including review of documentation and service provision.
- Participate in the training and development of Lifeline Counselors.
- Collaborate with the Crisis Services leadership team to ensure high-quality, comprehensive crisis counseling services.
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
- Full licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Three years of experience providing direct service to clients.
- Prior clinical supervisory experience preferred.
