About the Role

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients, schedule appointments, and process payments in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and patients.
  • Provide administrative support to our clinical team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Assist with office upkeep, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
  • Interact with insurance companies, pharmacies, and healthcare providers to resolve issues and facilitate patient care.

Requirements

  • Some college credits required; an Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience using Microsoft Office software suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A moderate level of responsibility for patient care, involving effective communication and task management.
