Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Membership Manager to join our team. This dynamic individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic membership initiatives to drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive membership strategies to increase revenue and member satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver targeted membership programs.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and optimize membership offerings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in membership development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving membership growth and retention.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
