Lead MIG/TIG Welder Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead MIG/TIG Welder to join our team at PMB Talent Partners. This individual will be responsible for performing all phases of TIG weld functions, setting up machinery, tools, and parts for job completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment by following all applicable safety policies and procedures.
- Refer to production Manufacturing Process Control Document (MPCD) for job specifics and ensure accurate execution.
- Setup and run jobs as required, resolving problems efficiently and effectively.
- Assist in resolving production, quality, and engineering issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain machines according to safety and quality standards, ensuring optimal performance.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor/manager, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED); one year certificate from college or technical school preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 2-3 years related experience or training, with a strong understanding of quality inspection equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to wear a respirator as required.
- MIG/TIG Welding certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Work Environment:
You will work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in a dynamic and innovative environment that promotes professional growth and development opportunities.
