Job Description:

Job Summary:

As an Information Systems Senior Manager at GDIT, you will play a critical role in driving the company's enterprise IT strategy and delivering innovative solutions to our clients. This is a senior leadership position that requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of IT professionals responsible for providing information system solutions and technical support in one or more functional areas.
  • Oversee the operations of multiple teams, including User Account Management, Tier 2 Remote Support, COE (Center Of Excellence) Remote Support, TPAM (Elevated Access Multi Factor Authentication) Support, and Problem Management.
  • Provide backup support to the Operations Director and serve as an escalation point for complex issues.
  • Approve ServiceNow tickets for requests from Operations employees and monitor SLAs to improve team performance.
  • Work closely with the Program Management Office to resolve operational and customer-impacting issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree.
  • 5+ years of related experience in a senior management role.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in enterprise IT services.
  • TS/SCI w/Poly security clearance.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership, strategic planning, and project management.
